Maryland Style Crab Cake with a spicy garlic-chipotle butter

Spinach Bread Garlic French bread topped with fresh spinach, tomato & a special blend of three cheeses - baked golden brown.

Our kitchen's specially made soup of the day.
 

Chef's Reserve French Onion Soup Classic onion soup made with our Reserve Red, topped with seasoned croutons and melted Provolone.


SALADS
Ginny Lee House Salad
A mixture of fresh, crisp salad greens & garden vegetables. Served with chicken breast strips if you wish.

Smoked Duck & Toasted Almond Salad A mix of fresh garden greens, toasted almond slices & dried cranberries, topped with slices of smoked duck & our Chef's own Riesling-Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.

Chicken Caesar Salad A bed of crisp Romaine tossed in Caesar dressing & topped with croutons, black olives, tomato, cheese and marinated grilled chicken strips.


SANDWICHES & WRAPS
Grilled Chicken Sandwich Boneless breast of chicken, marinated in our Chef's red wine & herb marinade, grilled & served on a Kaiser roll. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion & roasted garlic aioli.

Classic Burger A 1/2 pound burger made with the finest ground sirloin, char-grilled to your liking & served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato & onion.

Hot Turkey Club Thinly sliced smoked turkey breast on French bread, topped with tomato, bacon & our special cheese blend - baked & served open faced.

BBQ Pork Slow roasted pork, pulled & served on Ciabatta bread. Glazed with our Chef's red wine BBQ sauce.

osemary foccacia topped with pesto cream cheese, a saute of mushrooms, roasted red & yellow peppers & mozzarella.


Tuscan Wrap Thinly sliced turkey, salami, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, and black olives in an herb wrap with Italian dressing.

Roasted Vegetable Wrap Roasted fresh vegetables, crisp Romaine lettuce, black olives, grated cheese & ranch dressing rolled in an herb wrap.

Oklahoma Club Wrap Thinly sliced roast beef with lettuce, tomato, onion & bacon with our special horseradish cream rolled in an herb wrap.

PIZZA & ENTREES
Italian Classic Traditional pie topped with classic tomato sauce & heaped with our special blend of cheese. Add pepperoni or make it a Just Veggies (peppers, onions & mushrooms!)

Chef's Pizza of the Day A special pizza created by Chef Mitchell daily.

Lakeside Chicken Marinated chicken breast on a bed of fresh spincah, grilled & topped with our Chardonnay bleu cheese sauce & garden tomatoes - served open-faced on French bread.

Asiago Sirloin An 8 oz. sirloin steak topped with Asiago cheese & sauteed mushrooms, accompanied by a side of Texas Toothpicks.

Tuna, Fruit & Cheese Plate Tuna salad accompanied by a refreshing mix of seasonal fruit in a red wine syrup along with an assortment of cubed cheeses & crackers.
