In a medium sauce pan, combine Ice Wine & brown sugar & reduce by ⅓.
Cool & set aside.
Follow instructions for pudding mix & incorporate wine reduction.
Allow pudding to set per instructions.
Spoon filling into pastry cups, garnish with fruit or whipped cream.
Serve with your favorite Wagner wine and enjoy!!
