Every year in mid-February, Wagner Vineyards hosts a special guided tasting with delectable wine and dessert pairings to help you celebrate Valentine’s Day and Galentine’s Day.
The Sweetheart Event dessert pairing features local desserts paired with our award-winning wines. When you arrive in the cellar for this guided wine and dessert pairing, you will be escorted down to our Octagon Cellar Barrel Tasting Room. This intimate guided tasting, away from the hustle and bustle of the tasting room, will allow you to relax and focus on the experience and the flavors in the wine and the desserts.

Pairings for Feb 2025 will be announced in January 2025
With the help of Laurabelle’s Cupcakery, we will have four made-from-scratch desserts paired with Wagner wines for this year’s Sweetheart Weekend Wine & Dessert Pairings.
Tasting sessions will last about 45 minutes and will take place from 10:30 am – 5 pm on Fri, Feb 7 and Sat, Feb 8 in our cozy and secluded Octagon Cellar Barrel Tasting Room. Wine Educator John Pulos will talk you through the history and winemaking process for four wines, each paired with a delectable dessert!
Upon advanced request, each dessert pairing for your reservation can be made without Gluten containing ingredients.

- Raspberry scone (paired with 2022 Dry Rosé of Cabernet Franc / 2022 Bubbly Rosé of Cabernet Franc)
